Bank of Denver finalized the merger with MidWestOne Bank on February 1, 2024.
We are bringing two strong community banks together. This enables us to offer you the best of both banks. Your accounts and services will transition to MidWestOne on March 11, 2024.
The most important thing you can do now is to make sure your contact information (phone, email and address) are correct so you can receive merger-related communications.
You can change your contact information online or in the mobile app by clicking “Support” from the menu and sending as a message, or you can call 303-572-3600 or visit us at any branch location.
We’ll continue to communicate with you in the coming weeks regarding any changes.
For now, continue to conduct your banking activities as you have been:
- Your account number and routing number will remain the same
- Direct deposit, ACH, and automatic payments will continue to occur
- Continue to visit and see the same smiling faces at our Bank of Denver Branches
- Continue to call us at 303-572-3600
- Continue to use your current credit and debit cards.
- No need to order new checks—continue to use the checks you have.
Please refer to Your Guide to Personal Banking or Your Guide to Business Banking to help prepare for the transition on March 11, 2024.
We have also created a Frequently Asked Questions Page.
Please feel free to reach out with questions or concerns, either by stopping into a branch, calling us, or sending us a message through online banking or the mobile app.
